Welcome to the One-Name Study for the surname TRESIDDER The main aim of this study is to research the TRESIDDER surname and it’s variants TRESEDER, TRESEDDER, TRESIDER, TRESSIDER, TRESSIDDER etc. worldwide.  The website publishes results of the study to help other researchers of the surname in tracing their ancestors. 

The study began about 20 years ago when I started collecting lists of genealogical data to help reconstruct Tresidder related families to help resolve a brickwall in my own family history research. Over time I have built a collection of databases including lists of indexes to Civil registrations of Births, Marriages and Deaths, Census Records, Parish  Records of Baptisms, Marriages and Burials, Probate Indexes etc. I hope to be able to publish these through this website. 

The family trees published on this site are work in progress. I hold more data than is currently published in these trees and am regularly updating them. Please feel free to browse the data and return for the latest updates. Every effort has been taken to ensure that the published data is free of errors, but if you should find an error with a transcription please let me know so that I can correct it.
